Having self-compassion

The most difficult thing for me was acknowledging that I was doing the best I could with the resources I had. I know it sounds like an easy task but throughout my career I’ve realized that most people are harmfully critical of themselves.

Give yourself the time to be in the present moment and to fully understand yourself: your feelings and emotions, your health issues and your personal life.

Now, picture your ideal self. See how you’re dressed, the look on your face, the place you are in and the relationships that surround you.

Do you think it’s possible to become that person? Do you know what you need to do to get there? Think it through. Write about it in any notebook you have on hand.

I am going to tell you ONE thing: if you can imagine it, you can make it happen.

Be patient, determined and love yourself throughout the process and remember that it is about the journey, not the destination.

If this resonates with you and you feel ready to start making small changes to become the person you just imagined, book your first free 30 minute session NOW!

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU & NOW THAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE
